Do you have experience servicing and repairing equipment? Do you enjoy making connections while maintaining a route? We are looking for one (1) Field Service Technician to join the Field Service Team within our Gaming Operations division at the Oregon Lottery.

 

You will work in Oregon in Multnomah and Hood River Counties (Area E) with a Wednesday - Saturday, 8 AM to 6:30 PM schedule. Any hours worked on Saturday qualify for a 10% weekend shift differential.

About the Role

You will report to the Supervisor in Field Service, and maintain, service and repair Oregon Lottery equipment within retailer establishments, while building relationships with retailers. You will complete all projects and video lottery preventative maintenance during the specified time frames for a designated area of assignment. You will also provide customer service for Oregon State Lottery retailers and players.

  • Perform preventative maintenance on Lottery equipment.

  • Maintain assigned vehicle and inventory of supplies.

  • Complete required paperwork.

  • Attend required trainings.

 

You Have:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree and three (3) years of experience repairing and maintaining electronic equipment and providing technical support; OR

  • Five (5) years of experience repairing and maintaining electronic equipment and providing technical support.

Licenses or Certifications

  • Valid driver's license in their state of residence

Special Qualifications

  • Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the assigned route (Multnomah County) and in the State of Oregon to be eligible for consideration.
