Do you have experience working in a distribution or warehouse environment? Do you have stellar customer service skills? We are looking for one (1) Distribution Coordinator to join the Oregon Lottery team on site in Salem, OR.

 

Although this is Limited Duration position is scheduled for up to one year, this is a great opportunity to get a foot-in-the-door with Lottery's Distribution team!

About the Team:

You will report to the Manager of Distribution and Fleet and work within the Support Services division to support warehouse, mailroom and delivery activities. You will provide customer service to Lottery staff and vendors.

 

You will:

  • Receive Lottery supplies and products using computerized systems. ·

  • Inspect materials, products and supplies on receipt.

  • Log and track deliveries.

  • Deliver items to appropriate locations for storage or distribution.

  • Ensure supplies are stocked and inventoried.

  • Provide shuttle service for pick up and delivery of mail and materials outside of the Lottery building.

  • Ensure items are mailed or distributed promptly.

  • Provide photocopying services.

  • Assist Fleet with daily responsibilities.

 

You Have:

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of experience working in a distribution or warehouse environment.
