About the Role

You will report to the Senior Manager, IT Governance as an individual contributor. The Technical Program Manager will provide program implementation, and operations services to business partner(s). You will guide the department's operational and enterprise roadmap programs and goals and manage multiple technical projects under multi-year program efforts in partnership with department leaders, SMEs, Lottery team members, and external service partners. You will also help department teams develop business cases for presentation to the executive team.

  • Manage programs to support our goals in the department and enterprise

  • Learn the business through active engagement in assigned department meetings to help delivery, and help non-technical stakeholders align on overall progress.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the technical team to enhance project delivery and efficiency

  • Work with department leaders, team members, and external partners

  • Manage multiple programs over several years

  • Manage Projects: Oversee initiation, execution, and delivery of programs and related projects. Identify dependencies, risks, and timelines.

  • Collaborate: Work with diverse teams to strategize on and complete projects. Resolve issues directly with teammates.

  • Analyze Performance: Track and report on performance metrics.

You Have:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of experience in project or program management, managing cross-functional and enterprise projects or projects involving diverse stakeholder groups; OR

  • Eight (8) years of experience in project or program management, managing cross-functional and enterprise projects or projects involving diverse stakeholder groups.

Licenses or Certifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) required.
