Lottery is hiring three (3) bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our Call Center team to guide our our retailers, players and Lottery staff to the fastest and easiest resolution. This is a remote position, but you will attend up to 6 weeks of training on site in Salem, OR.
Position #1 - Tuesday to Saturday - 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Position #2 - Sunday, Monday, Friday, and Saturday - 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Position #3 - Wednesday to Saturday - 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM
About the Role

You Will:

Provide technical support.
Assist field staff and training to retailers and players on Lottery products and equipment.

Provide internal support throughout the Lottery.
You Have:
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's Degree and one (1) year of experience in customer service; OR
Three (3) years of experience in customer service

Bilingual in the following languages: Spanish
