Oregon Lottery is looking for one (1) Senior Manager, Human Resources to join the Human Resources team in a hybrid capacity. You will join the leadership team on-site in Salem, OR at least once per month to attend select meetings and provide HR leadership.
The Senior Manager, Human Resources is equivalent to a Director level position. You will lead all aspects of HR at Lottery and work directly with the C-Suite to develop and implement the Lottery's people strategy and shape company culture.

About the Role
You will report to the Assistant Director of Business Services and lead a team of 13 HR professionals that support 450 Lottery team members. You will also oversee the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs in Organizational Development, DEIB, Talent Acquisition, Safety & Wellness, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Classification.

Provide leadership, planning, project coordination, and management of the daily activities of all areas of the Human Resources department.
Manage, implements, and oversee HR strategies and programs.
Manage the Human Resources and Lottery-wide personal services budget.
Manage data, metrics, and trends to guide goals and priorities for the HR department.
Oversee the development of comprehensive strategic talent management plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
Oversee the implementation of comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are and cost-effective.
Oversee special programs such as Safety and Wellness, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB).
Collaborate across diverse teams to reach agreement regarding procedures that impact productivity, staff morale, and equity throughout the organization.
Partner with the AD of Business Services to Identify opportunities for process improvement and new projects.

You Have:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and seven (7) years of experience in multiple Human Resources disciplines. Four (4) years of management experience.
Ten (10) years of experience in multiple Human Resources disciplines. Four (4) years of management experience.
