About the Role
The Business Operations Analyst will report to the Assistant Director of Security and provide operational support for the team. You will represent the department by engaging leaders with the goal of assisting in the development, tracking, and monitoring of strategic planning. You will facilitate and advise staff on infrastructure, project management, business processes, best practices, budgeting, reporting, and tracking.
You Will:
Facilitate, organize, train, and tracks financial operations plans, budgets, and necessary fiscal processes.
Prepare budget reports and coordinates year-end financial templates.
Provide insights for financial process optimization.
Conduct detailed financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Define and coordinate communication and content sharing within the assigned departments or division and across the organization..
Facilitate meetings, develops agendas, monitors action item logs, gathers, and prepares deliverables for presentation, assigns actions/owners; may create content and decks for meetings. Work with leaders to identify meetings, deadlines, and facilitate delivery/milestones.
Help with procurement and accreditation processes to ensure schedules, due dates, etc., to ensure mandatories and deliverables.
Collaborate with other departments to define resource requirements against cross enterprise projects, discoveries, and pilots.
Help implement best practices surrounding human resources, training, fiscal, document management, organizational structure, fixed assets, and department plans and tools. Work with leaders to develop and report on KPI’s.
Perform administrative tasks, to include scheduling, project coordination and process invoices.
Administer travel and training accounts, ensure compliance and efficient use of resources.
Provide feedback on current financial processes and workflows. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
You Have:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years of experience in project management, budgeting and/or process improvement; OR
Six (6) years of experience in project management, budgeting and/or process improvement.
