Do you have experience servicing and repairing equipment? Do you enjoy making connections while maintaining a route? We are looking for one (1) Field Service Technician to join the Field Service Team within our Gaming Operations division at the Oregon Lottery.
You must be able to work within the Portland Metro Valley with a Wednesday through Saturday 8 AM to 6:30 PM schedule. Hours worked on Saturday will qualify for a 10% weekend shift differential.

About the Role
You will report to the Supervisor in Field Service, and maintain, service and repair Oregon Lottery equipment within retailer establishments, while building relationships with retailers. You will complete all projects and video lottery preventative maintenance during the specified time frames for a designated area of assignment. You will also provide customer service for Oregon State Lottery retailers and players.

You Have:
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's Degree and three (3) years of experience repairing and maintaining electronic equipment and providing technical support; OR
Five (5) years of experience repairing and maintaining electronic equipment and providing technical support.
Licenses or Certifications
Valid driver's license in their state of residence
Special Qualifications
Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the assigned route to be eligible for consideration.
