    About Us:

    The Oregon Lottery is a leader in the gaming industry and an important contributor of revenue for the state's schools, economic development, parks, watershed restoration, veteran's programs, and outdoor schools. The Oregon Lottery is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team in the Portland Metro area. 

    About the Role

    You will maintain, service and repair Oregon Lottery equipment within retailer establishments, while building and maintaining relationships with retailers. Complete all projects and video lottery preventative maintenance during the specified time frames for a designated area of assignment. You will provide customer service for Oregon State Lottery retailers and players in a professional and friendly manner. This position reports to the area Field Service Supervisor. You will work swingshift with a set schedule of Tuesday-Thursday 12:00pm-9:00pm and Friday and Saturday 1:00pm-10:00pm

    • Driving is an essential function of this job. Employees in this job must maintain a valid driver’s license in their state of residence, and clean driving record in accordance with Lottery vehicle policy and procedure
    • Maintain, service and repair Oregon Lottery equipment.
    • Respond to field requests.
    • Work unconventional hours/shifts including nights and weekends to meet business needs.
    • Checks gaming equipment, identifies problems and takes corrective action.
    • Perform preventative maintenance on Lottery equipment.
    • Maintain assigned vehicle and adequate inventory of supplies.

     

    You Have:

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Associate’s Degree and three (3) years of experience repairing and maintaining electronic equipment and providing technical support; OR
    • Five (5) years of experience repairing and maintaining electronic equipment and providing technical support.
