    About Us:

    The Oregon Lottery is a leader in the gaming industry and an important contributor of revenue for the state's schools, economic development, parks, watershed restoration, veteran's programs, and outdoor schools. We are looking for a Business Operations Intern for a 10-week Summer internship opportunity!

    About the Role:

    As the Business Operations Intern you will collaborate with our Business Operations team on a variety of projects, communication/change plans, process improvements, and program development.

     

    You Will:

    • Take part in project coordination/facilitation, communication/change plans, and continuous improvement/process mapping activities.
    • Contribute to deliverables of Business Operations projects, including Gaming Operations project improvement, Retail Partner Management Technology Replacement project, Operational Excellence Center of Excellence Development, and Business Continuity.

    You Have:

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Must be currently enrolled in a college degree program. (Note: Must still be enrolled in school at the time of the summer internship.)
    • Minimum average GPA of 2.5 or degree program requirement, if applying for academic credit.

    Desired Experience and Qualifications

    • Coursework in Business Administration, Project Management, Political Science, or related.
    • Experience with problem solving and making processes more efficient.
    • Basic understanding of project management methodology; experience with project and process management a plus.
    • Experience in a customer service/support role a plus.
