    About Us:

    The Oregon Lottery is a leader in the gaming industry and an important contributor of revenue for the state's schools, economic development, parks, watershed restoration, veteran's programs, and outdoor schools. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern for a 10-week Summer internship opportunity!

    About the Role:

    As the Digital Marketing Intern you will work closely with members of our digital marketing team on a variety of projects, guided largely by your interests and strengths.

     

    You Will:

    • Work closely with our digital marketing team to create and update Lottery product and Funded Program content across Lottery's online channels.
    • Work cross-departmentally to test and validate Lottery mobile products and services.
    • Work with our Digital Marketing Lead to contribute to digital products and campaigns.
    • Apply Lottery Management Core Values and Expectations in performing daily activities. Ensure conduct embodies the principles of fairness, integrity, security, and honesty. Support and integrate into your work the Lottery's commitment to:

    You Have:

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Must be currently enrolled in a college degree program. (Note: Must still be enrolled in school at the time of the summer internship.)
    • Minimum average GPA of 2.5 or degree program requirement, if applying for academic credit.

    Desired Experience and Qualifications

    • A student who is currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or Communications (or similar).
    • Hands on basic HTML experience and basic knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organization skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
